Increase Production

By addressing scale, biofilm, paraffin and asphaltene buildup, EO-44 has helped increase production in stripper wells from 1 or 2 barrels/day to 10-15 bbls/day or more.

Solve Paraffin problems

EO-44 changes the surface structure of paraffins and asphaltenes, preventing crystallization so paraffin does not attach to itself and build up.

Prevent Corrosion

Acts as a biofilm remover and corrosion inhibitor to help prevent corrosion and reduce the need to replace pipes.

Decrease H2S – Sour Gas

By eliminating bacteria and downhole microorganisms, EO-44 reduces the creation of H2S which decreases the level of sour gas.

If applied every day to a well that has been producing 1 bbl. per day, it should increase to 10 or 15 times that within two weeks.  If applying every other day, then the well should increase production by 10 X.

Wet Scrubbers

EO-44 is an effective and cost-efficient primary oxidizing agent for removing hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide, making it ideal for wet scrubbing treatment of petroleum products including natural gas, crude oil, refined products, or flue and other gases.

A variety of chemical oxidizers are used in wet scrubbers for the removal of hydrogen sulfide. The higher the oxidation potential – ORP – the less contact time is required for the hydrogen sulfide to react. EO-44 generates hydroxyl radical ions which are one of several reactive oxygen species (ROS).

Rapid rate of reaction

By using a simple ORP meter and maintaining treatment dosage between +100 mV and +300 mV, EO-44 eliminates H2S quickly and efficiently.

 

No Reversion to H2S

Will not permit reversion back to H2S or form precipitants.

 

Cost-effective

The capital cost to set up a system to feed EO-44 is low - a metering pump and a chemical storage tank. For a fully- automated system, install an ORP controller to monitor the millivolts (mV) and control chemical dosing of DW Liquid ROS.

 

Fracking

Treating frack water with EO-44 not only helps increase oil recovery, it neutralizes many of the toxins that build up over repeated use of the well. Pumping cleaner water into the earth is invaluable for the environment and contributes to positive public relations.
